What type of events is soft play rented for?
You name it! Birthday parties, weddings, community events, store grand openings, promotional events, church events – anywhere you want to keep your lil cuties entertained!
Are you insured?
Yes! We are licensed and insured.
Do you set up outdoors?
Absolutely! We offer indoor and outdoor setups as long as the weather and grounds permit. Outdoor setups are required to be set up under some type of shade. If left out in the sun, the equipment will get too hot for the kids to play on.
What happens if it rains?
We will not setup outdoors if the forecast shows rain. Rain will ruin our equipment. In this case, we will attempt to rearrange for an indoor setup. If no indoor option is available, we will need to postpone to a later date.
What is the appropriate age range to use soft play equipment?
Our soft play equipment (Classic Package) is for ages 0-5, only. However, the white bouncer and large ball pit are for all ages!
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, you will need to sign a waiver of liability and our rental service contract when booking.
How do I book?
By submitting our booking request form! We require a 30% non-refundable retainer to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event. If you book your event last minute, you may end up paying the full balance when booking.
Are there any delivery fees?
Yes, delivery fees are calculated during the book process.
